This 6 speed dog-kit is very successfully used in international, national and free championships.
It is designed for conversion of standard 5 speed gearbox VW 02J, A.
The dog-kit contains input shaft 1-6, gears 1-6 and R, dog rings, final drive and accessories, see photo.
This dog-kit can also be supplied in a 5 speed variant without 6th gear and with shortened shafts.
All steel parts are made of special high-strength case-hardening NiCrMo steel, the gear mechanism remains as standard.
Massive toothing on straight cut gears.
By using special tools, the gearing is made for maximum performance and durability.
Rated to 500 Nm engine torque.
